Description
The Fit4Ski Alpine Test includes an isokinetic strength measurement of the legs and a core test. The isokinetic strength test measures the strength of the squat and extensor muscles. Your strength values, symmetry, and the strength ratio of your squat to knee extensor muscles are assessed. Based on the data, individual suggestions for improvement can be made and measures for injury prevention can be derived.
In addition, your core strength and balance are analyzed. This provides you with information about your training condition and deficits.
Based on the results of the core and strength tests, you will receive individual training tips that you can incorporate into your training. This will help you lay the foundation for a season that is as injury-free as possible.
