HRV Heart Rate Variability
HRV (heart rate variability) measurement provides insights into your stress levels, recovery, and autonomic nervous system. It is suitable for health-conscious individuals, athletes, and people under stress who want to gain a better understanding of their bodies. The results help to optimize recovery, training, and lifestyle in a targeted manner.CHF 175.00 -
Spiroergometry with Consultation
Spiroergometry is a testing method that measures a person's breathing, oxygen consumption, carbon dioxide production and heart frequency during exercise as the load is increased either continuously (ramp test) or gradually in stages (step test).
The spiroergometry results can be used to determine the maximum oxygen uptake (VO2max) as well as to define the optimal training intensity for fat burning. Furthermore, training zones can be precisely defined.
This makes spiroergometry suitable for individuals who are interested in improving their health as well as for ambitious athletes.
Upon request, lactate values can be measured and an exercise ECG can be recorded at the same time.
If you suffer from high blood pressure, cardiopulmonary diseases, diabetes or obesity, we ask you to book by telephone, as a medical check-up may be necessary before the test.CHF 350.00 -
Isokinetic Test
An isokinetic test is used to measure the speed and resistance of a movement at a joint and the strength of the muscles around the joint.
Most frequently, knees, ankles, hips and shoulders are tested.
Standardised test positions make it possible to compare the left and right sides objectively, for example, revealing possible muscle deficits or imbalances.
These can be improved preventively or exercised specifically in the case of a past injury or as a result of degeneration.CHF 150.00 -
Jump Test
A jump power test measures individual strength using various vertical jumps on a jump measurement plate. Jump power tests are often used by sports coaches, physical therapists, and sports medicine specialists to evaluate an athlete's jumping performance and track their progress in improving their jump power. The results can also help identify weaknesses and deficits that require specific training or rehabilitation programs.CHF 150.00 -
Movement analysis
Movement analysis consists of functional test exercices. Our trainers observe these basic movements and evaluate them for strengths and weaknesses. This allows them to create an individualised at-home training programme.CHF 230.00 -
Core test
The core test evaluates the selective activation of the core, pelvic and back muscles.
We use different concepts for this purpose that can be tailored individually to analyse specific problem areas.
These include functional movement screening (FMS), movement control tests, and our own in-house core and leg-axis tests.
Core strength is important for almost all sporting disciplines as well as for preventing back pain and misdirected strain.
In addition, leg axis stability can also be analysed.CHF 160.00 -
Bioelectrical impedance analysis with consultation
Bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) is a method for measuring body fat, muscle mass and body water.
The results help to determine the body composition and monitor it over time.
They can also be used to track the process of a training programme either in terms of weight loss or increase in muscle mass.CHF 90.00 -
Resting Metabolic Rate Measurement
Resting metabolic rate measurement is a method for determining the energy that the body requires to work at rest.
It can help individuals to gain a better understanding of their daily calorie needs and it offers an individual estimate of a person’s daily energy needs.
This type of measurement can therefore provide useful information for weight loss or weight gain and can also serve as a basis for nutritional advice and personal training.CHF 175.00 -
lactate threshold test
The lactate threshold test measures the lactate concentration in the blood, the heart rate and sense of exertion during a stress phase. These values can be used to determine the exact pulse range (intensity) within which a training should be completed.CHF 250.00 -
Walking Analysis
If you experience persistent pain in your lower extremities or pelvic area when exercising, it is worth having your musculoskeletal system examined in detail. A thorough running and gait analysis is the first step towards improving your body awareness. Using various techniques, all relevant parameters are recorded in a 60-minute analysis process in order to determine therapeutic measures for improving your gait. If necessary, the data obtained is used to manufacture customized orthopedic insoles.starting from CHF 200.00
